1.3 — Accurate Registration Information

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. 2.2 — Account Verification (KYC)
r55t operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention standards. r55t may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of the player lifecycle — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a large win. 3.4 — Currency and Taxes

Players are solely responsible for determining their own tax obligations arising from winnings. r55t does not provide tax advice and will not be held liable for any player's tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Conduct
Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
4.1 — Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r55t and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action: (a) using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with the platform; (b) attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain; (c) colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes; (d) using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location; (e) engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity via the platform; (f) making chargebacks or reversals on deposits already credited to your account.
4.2 — Suspension and Termination
r55t reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Upon termination for cause, r55t may withhold all or part of the player's balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any balance held will be returned to the player's registered payment method. 4.3 — Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
